30 day squat challenge

Hello everyone :smiley:
I have been doing the 30 day squat challenge for a week and I just wanted to know if anyone has any experience with it? Does it work? How big of a difference did it make?
I'm not doing any other exercise besides from walking approximately 40 minutes every day. Will the 250 squats be too much for me then?
