30 day squat challenge

Hello everyone
I have been doing the 30 day squat challenge for a week and I just wanted to know if anyone has any experience with it? Does it work? How big of a difference did it make?
I'm not doing any other exercise besides from walking approximately 40 minutes every day. Will the 250 squats be too much for me then?

How does this work? Do you do 30 squats each day for 30 days? Sorry to sound silly but there are so many challenges out there each different.0

I am halfway through a 30 day squat challenge (start at 80 end at 300) and I can tell it is working! I feel I am bigger and more rounded.0
