Hello Everyone!
My name is Sheila and I live in Oregon.
I have never done this sort of thing before but I need all the help I can get. I have just been letting myself slowly start gaining weight and I have been lazy and unhealthy in my decisions. I need to to something because I am disappointed with how my body looks and feels. I could use a support system in any way possible!

    Thanks everyone for reaching out to me. I was really surprised to log in and actually find responses to my introduction. The fact that someone took the time to say hi and respond made an enormous impact on me today! So thank you for your support, you all made a difference!
