5 day splits

thinking about changing my split. need some ideas
my current split is
mon-legs
tues-chest,tris
wed- back, and biceps
thurs- legs
friday-arms, shoulders
saturday- do a little cardio
my question is- can i get a better split than this? its been working for me, but always looking for improvement

  • I started a new split, because I used to do that same one, in a sense, but i never did two legs days until now.
    Day 1: Chest,Tri's, Abs (Normal and Close-grip bench complex)
    Day 2: Shoulder, legs (Barbell shoulder press, squat, deadlift- main lifts)
    Day 3: Back, traps, bi's (Lat pull, barbell bent-over row, Barbell shrug, ez bar curls)
    Day 4: Chest, Tri, Ab's (DB flys, cable flys, DB tri work)
    Day 5: Shoulder, Calves ( DB lateral raises, front raises, seated/standing calf raise)

    These are some basics of my split, check out my exercise diary for specifics if you want more details
