Do the "high fat low carb" plans really work?

LCHF works just as well as anything else, so long as you maintain a caloric deficit. The nice thing about being in ketosis is that it has a tendency to curb your appetite, and the food you're eating is more satiating. Also, don't worry about a distinction of something being a "natural fat" - just eat more fat and you'll be less hungry. Eat as close to zero grams carbs as possible (aim for no more than 20g/day) and you'll be even less hungry.

you can eat anyway you like as long as you are in a caloric deficit. I eat 300g of carbs a day sometimes. I typically average in the 200's, each and everyday. I like carbs a lot.0
