Do the "high fat low carb" plans really work?

Weigh and log carefully. Some people prefer the Low Carb High Fat plans to other plans.

LCHF works just as well as anything else, so long as you maintain a caloric deficit. The nice thing about being in ketosis is that it has a tendency to curb your appetite, and the food you're eating is more satiating. Also, don't worry about a distinction of something being a "natural fat" - just eat more fat and you'll be less hungry. Eat as close to zero grams carbs as possible (aim for no more than 20g/day) and you'll be even less hungry.

you can eat anyway you like as long as you are in a caloric deficit. I eat 300g of carbs a day sometimes. I typically average in the 200's, each and everyday. I like carbs a lot.
