I started a month ago! And what I can tell you.. It's been an unbelievable journey so far! By changing my lifestyle I feel more energy and more confident everyday. Once you get going you crave that cardio! So don't give up people it can be done. You need that determination within yourselves! I still have more weight I want to lose... To reach my goal weight. There is no stopping now!! We can do it!!
