so I tried the low carb diet and went from 218 down to 186 in 3 months, then slowly started to go up again to 195, no matter how strict I was with the carbs. Now I eat roughly 70% fat 20%protien 10% carbs , weight going back down and I have never felt better, also I'm NEVER hungry and love the food I eat.
