Yes very interesting. Thanks for the link. I do like how the article points out to "do it your way" as a form of dieting, and how it said calories in and calories out. It reminded me of reading an article on Steve Turano's website where a teacher was on a twinkie diet. He ate mostly junk food with some fruits and vegetable but kept watch of his calorie intake. He did lose weight and not a very nutritional way although the calories in and calories out rule still applies.0
