Any victories you want to share that didn't take place on the scale this week?

For me, it was adding 7.5kg onto my bench press :)

GO!

I guess for me it was actually incorporating weight lifting into my exercise routine. For the past two months it's been cardio, with a healthy dose of constant snow shoveling throughout the month of February. This week got out my bench and powerblocks and started up again. Sore, but glad I did it.

I started back to my Weight Watchers meetings yesterday. My weight is up and I knew it would be, but that's the reality of my behavior over the last month. So, last night, when I was up late and that snacking urge hit me, I just went to bed instead of eating. Probably better for me all the way around.

First HIITs/metabolic training in two months. I had to take time off after surgery. Felt amazing to do that again. Oh, and Bench PR!

I achieved this, which is a pretty darn hard yoga pose:

And I'm on the last hole of a belt that I couldn't even wear a year ago.

I nailed crow pose, which I had been putting off trying because I thought I wouldn't be strong enough. I was pretty amazed at myself when I pulled it off, and I'm going to start practicing it every day.

Nice job!! I always have really wicked bruises on the backs of my arms after a sequence with crow. It's a pose that I need to work on for sure.

Wearing a pair of pants today I haven't been able to wear in year's. They have been hanging in my closet for so long it took work to iron out the crease from the hanger they were hanging on.

I've had about 30 oz of water today. I also avoided the donuts in the breakroom.

My boyfriend and I used to do a certain hike regularly and I would always struggle in certain spots. We haven't done the hike in a really long time and went his weekend. I didn't struggle! It was amazing!

I was trying on shorts at Old Navy and a young (teen girl) told me "you have to get those shorts...you have amazing legs and not many people can rock those shorts but you can." Yes that made this 39 year old woman very happy! I bought the shorts. HA
