Starting new weightloas journey!

i have spent years bouncing back and forth between my goal weight and being extremely overweight. I got married a year and a half ago and since then have put on a lot of weight. I'm starting now...again. I have a habit of going strong then allowing something outside of my weightloss journey, arguments, bills, anything really, discourage me and then I give up. I am trying hard to focus and stay motivated. I want this more than anything else.

MFP is such a great resource! It will really help you. I am in the process of losing my baby weight too, it's really hard! My recommendation would be to first take a week before you start making major changes and log all of your food and figure out how many calories you need to have each day to lose weight. I lost 25 pounds before I had my son and have lost 19 pounds so far. You are more likely to stick with it if you make small changes slowly rather then something drastic all at once. You can totally do this! Good luck!0
