i want to lose atleast 100 lbs by december. I have a goal of 60 by july. I coul use all the support and friends to keep me on tract.

I would like to lose 175 pounds but I would be very happy with 150lbs. Long road ahead but with positive support I believe I can do it. I also have RA and am on lots of pills so that hinders the same exercising but am going to try walking everyday. I also have a Fitbit flex if anyone would like to add me on theirs.

I started off needing to lose 100 but since then I have lost 14 pounds so I have 86 left to go. I'm trying to focus on 10 pound increment successes since I have a long way to go still. Started at 240, down to 226. I started the end of January, went off the wagon somewhat for my birthday weekend but got right back on it afterwards.0

Welcome all. I know that losing 100 or more seems overwhelming. I can assure you that you all can do it. When I started I was 450. I have lost 127 with 123 to go so if I can do it you all can to. Anyone can feel free to add me for support. I have an open diary and will be here forever:)0

I would like to lose 87 lbs. My goal is to lose 37 lbs by may 26th. That would put me at 200 lbs on my birthday. I started out at 321 lbs last April 2014.0

I've lost 92 pounds from January 2013 to January 2015 -- granted, it took me two years rather than one (and I'm not actually done yet), but that has more to do with several maintenance breaks taken in the process.
I know you're looking for people who need to lose, but I always like to drop into these threads that say it seems really far away and long, but you can totally get there.0 -

Please add me to this group, I don't have a timeline, but my goal is 160 and I'm currently 262. I'm on synthroid 150 and I'm 58 years old, much more difficult to lose weight than when I was younger. My goal is to feel better, knees, energy - I'm a Nana to 3 grandchildren and I want to play with them without aches afterwards and being able to get down on the floor with them and not need a piece of furniture to help me up. Need the support of people going through the same struggle.
