hello everyone. I've been logging on this app for a while but I haven't been sure if what I'm doing is correct. Weight loss has been an ongoing struggle for years. Does anyone have any major tips I can use?

My starting goal is to lose 46 pounds. As of right now I think I've lost two. I've been changing my eating so that way I can eventually start working out as trying to do both at the same time before I was discouraged quicker.0
