Thought I would share that after using all sorts of aids to help burn fat I've noticed a major difference once I began using digestive enzymes. They help me get the best of my foods and help my digestive system break down the nutrients that my body ACTUALLY needs! Love them, plus, I have noticed faste muscle recovery. Love them!

Please specify what you mean by digestive enzymes - our stomachs produce these naturally and I'm guessing you're talking about some sort of supplement?

If you're pooping more, you're just losing water weight. Not fat.

There are places like GNC and others that sell "digestive enzymes" that are akin to probiotics, prebiotics, etc. and my husband has taken them before. He swears by them...he'll take them particularly before a meal he loves that can sometimes disagree with him later.

I typically use probiotics, and they work very well. There's a blend of them I get from Vitacost.

I have to use probiotics. I am particularly susceptible to flora imbalance issues.

I've read more and more that what goes on in our gut flora affects our overall health. It makes sense to me, but I basing that mainly on my own experience.

Neither. It was in response to Jennifershoo, whom I quoted.
