Not counting food scale and measuring cups.
Mine would have to be my slow cooker.

I would love one of those (as a gift). I'm super cheap and just replaced my dead pot with a $15 new maker. Maybe I'll drop hints around Christmas time.0 -
Hands down... Stick blender. Homemade mayo and butternut squash soup are quick to make with it!0
-
my french press0

Slow cooker definitely anything from soups/chili, roasts, casseroles, bread, yogurt, ENDLESS! Close second would be my cheese grater, honestly its how I stick extra veggies in almost any meal, no harsh tastes (only way I'll eat mushrooms) and great texture to sauces/salads.0

immersion blender, love it and use it all the time!0

Silicone spatula
Probably a weird choice, but it works so well at getting everything out of a bowl or whatever you use it with. It "licks" the bowls/pans cleaner than we could!0 -
I gotta mention three. My mandoline, my garlic press and my cast iron frying pan. Used all three today.0

Man, I really love everything, but the one that surprised me that I love is my Omega juicer. I really didn't think I would like juicing as much as I do.0

My aeropress!0

Im not a "gadget" person. I only have a few basics, but my fav is my ninja blender.0

Tupperware containers. I love organizing the kitchen.
Love the Keurig too but it gets really pricey with Kcups so I don't use it as much as I'd like to0 -

It used to be my scale, but I've gotten so good, I estimate with 99% accuracy... therefore now it is THE COFFEE MAKER.0

San Francisco Bay coffee is pretty affordable and very good. Online you can get a box of 80 for under $30.00. I like their French Roast.

I enjoyed the heck out of my one cup rice cooker for a long time. I used it to make just a single serving - 1/4 cup dry. Nothing burned and stuck to the sides of the cooker, just plump rice grains...mmmmm0

It's a toss up between my slow cooker and my vitamix.0

I know, right?! I bought two silicone spatulas at Williams Sonoma couple years ago. I never thought I could become so attached to spatulas!0 -

I have a Pampered Chef microwavable rice cooker that I use 2-3 times a week.0

I have a few... Keurig, slow cooker, kitchenaid mixer, definitely the food chopper.
During canning season last year I bought this food mill thing that made canning tomatoes so much easier and faster. Saved hours using it.0
