If you're not willing to try.
BARRING MEDICAL CONDITIONS, INJURIES, AND DISABILITIES.
Don't say you can't stop bingeing.
Don't say you can't run.
Don't say you can't "eat healthy."
Don't say you can't lift weights.
Don't say you can't swim.
Don't say you can't find balance.
Don't say you can't do HIIT.
Instead say:
"One day I'll be able to..."

It's easy to fall into the I can'ts when you feel overwhelmed, but thanks for the reminder that it's just a worthless excuse. Even when I *kitten* up, I feel a lot better about turning it around when I own it. It's encouraging.0
