I need 2,000 calories/ day and I'm really good measuring my calories & eating small portions during the day. But at night can't stop eating more to satisfy my hunger & thats the time i exceed to my goal. :( Anyone who can help for motivation? I need friends out here =/ #allAlone

I'm similar, so I've started saving most/all my calories for evening. That way, when I get home from work, I can have a huge meal and a good snack/dessert before bed and not have to worry too much about it.

I agree with the above. I tried the small meal thing but I could not sleep at all while going to bed hungry. Now I make sure I have 600-800 calories saved up and eat them an hour before bed, sometimes I skip breakfast to make that possible.

Yep... Over time, everything balances out. If the end result is a calorie deficit, you'll lose weight. If not, you won't.

when I know I have eaten my last snack or food for the day I brush my teeth until they shine like gem stones. No way I'm going to mess that up.
