I had that yesterday (I'm assuming you mean after dinner), although I wasn't particularly hungry. I had some B&J's frozen yogurt (since it was the only frozen treat I had available) and left the rest of the calories on the table since I've been over more than I should be lately.0

Funny since I found myself with 270 extra calories today I decided to spend 115 on chocolate and 150 on a small chocolate cake type of thing I was just craving chocolate today ha ha.0

its not unheard of for me to have that many left, especially if i worked out. i dont generally eat back my exercise calories)
but if im hungry or want a treat.... wine, beer, ice cream, cake, cookies... you know, all that yummy stuff i dont eat on a daily basis! LOL!0 -

Personally I would have a glass of milk with some sustagen. Om nom chocolate milk. 450 is a lot, nearly enough for a normal meal.

Pasta (with butter and garlic salt) if I've got a carb craving. Otherwise....I'd be going for some stuff from my INSANE chocolate stash (thank goodness chocolate stays good for so long...).

Ice cream/gelato.
I usually plan and pre-log so I have enough calories for a sweet treat after my dinner every day, but if I had that many left I would have as much ice cream as possible for 450 cals.0
