Hello all. I've been yoyoing with my weight for the past 5 years and finally got sick of it. I changed my diet and started noticed a significant weight loss over time. I've researched a lot and spoke to dieticians on how to keeplosing weight to reach my peak physical fitness. I'm currently 19 lbs away from my goal and finally comfortable in saying that I am able to help others lose stay motivated and provide assistance. Feel free to message me with questions and I will do my best to answer them.

    Click add to diary. From there you can choose between searching for the food, scanning a barcode with your camera, or manually inputting the calories and other essentials. You can also update your workouts and water consumption
