Here's one in my regular rotation, Oikos Yogurt cup (any flavor), 1/3 scoop Protein powder (keeps me full longer), and Kashi Go Lean Crunch stirred in for crunch... It's my go to breakfast... good numbers when added up...

I love my total in the morning. I did however realize with cereal the portion is very small smaller than i thought and the milk has alot of sugar... . Learning....0
