What are some quick and healthy snacks you take to work to get you through the after lunch pre-dinner munchies?

I always get exhausted and hungry around this time and end up turning to unhealthy things like Cheetos and candy.

This plus protein bars or a scoop of whey mixed with water are great for taking the edge off also banana or an apple.

String cheese, pita chips with hummus, or a sliced apple with some warmed up fat free caramel sauce!

I always have an apple around 330pm. I also always bring a protein bar to work and sometimes I'll have a rice cake with turkey and avocado.

Fruit, very simple. I always take an apple and an orange or two mandarins to work. Most days I eat them but if not then not. The fully fit within my caolrie intake.

One Apple or two or three dried apricots or 10-12 Almonds. They are good for you and take the edge off.

I often find a hot drink helps take the edge off the mid-afternoon munchies, enough to get me through to home time anyways
