What are some quick and healthy snacks you take to work to get you through the after lunch pre-dinner munchies?
I always get exhausted and hungry around this time and end up turning to unhealthy things like Cheetos and candy.

I often find a hot drink helps take the edge off the mid-afternoon munchies, enough to get me through to home time anyways0
