Okay, MFP Friends... HELP! I've been working out now for about 2 months (this time around). I have been (sort of) watching my calories, and I feel great! However, for some reason, I have been waking up in the middle of the night. It's really weird. I finally fall back asleep (although I'm never sure when), and I don't have a problem waking up in the morning. It's just very frustrating.
Could this be because of the exercise? I have NEVER had a problem sleeping before. Did anyone else have this issue when they first began working out?
