Hi guys ✌️
Ok so I havnt been on this in a while but like most people I'm trying to get in shape for summer. I have lost 12lbs in the past few months but my tummy won't go away! I would love a nice flat tummy but it always seems to look a bit bloated and I can alway pinch a good but of fat off it.
Anyone got any tips on what to eat to get rid of my pouch? From experience, please share! Oh and what is the best to loose tummy fat exercise wise? Walking? Running? What works for you?!
Thanks lovies

1. No foods target belly fat.
2. No exercises target belly fat.
Losing weight is like trying to dry out a sponge, you can't dry a corner while the rest is still wet. You're going to have to just keep losing weight. You may want to try cutting out certain foods to see if it reduces intestinal bloating (dairy is usually a common one as are beans). If you don't lift you might want to look into it.0 -
This has a lot of good information: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1161603/so-you-want-a-nice-stomach/p1

That would depend on your calorie intake and how much room you have for alcohol as well as personal preference. I'd say just pick something really good, have one, make sure you have the calories for it.0 -
if nights out are rare, who cares? one night isn't going to put you back.0
