    Here's one in my regular rotation, Oikos Yogurt cup (any flavor), 1/3 scoop Protein powder (keeps me full longer), and Kashi Go Lean Crunch stirred in for crunch... It's my go to breakfast... good numbers when added up...

    Bran sounds way better for you that rice krispies. My personal favorite is the Kashi Strawberry Fields. Nom nom nom.... :)

    I love my total in the morning. I did however realize with cereal the portion is very small smaller than i thought and the milk has alot of sugar... . Learning....
