hi everyone this is my first time making a discussion but i just needed some advice, i currently joined hot yoga and i dont know if i made the right choice or not and dont know if it will give fast results or not. I need to lose weight before august.

i'll start by saying i really enjoy bikram hot yoga. i found it really improved my strength and flexibility as well as helped me sleep better and made me want to eat well and take better care of myself. however, i don't feel that the classes themselves made any huge difference in my weight. taking better care of myself and eating healthier helped shed a few lbs, but if you're looking to lose real weight it's a matter of burning more calories than you consume. the claims that you'll burn 750+ calories a class are inflated, you'll probably want to add some cardio into your workout plan to shed the weight you want to lose.0
