    I have no idea how I pulled this off this week... I actually weighed myself twice today to verify it was true. This week has been INSANE for me and I honestly can't really think of any true successes. Again I have no idea how this happened and I was fully prepared for the scale to go up another pound.

    Successes/struggles this week: I don't know what's going on with but somehow the absolutely terrible weekend last weekend hasn't had a bad impact on my weight. Too much pizza Saturday, cake at baby shower on Sunday and left over goodies Monday. I then used all my known techniques to keep down the bloating during the week which has worked luckily. I'm just getting mildly frustrated that I'm STILL not in Onederland when I'm so so close!

    Challenges:
    I have a 7w baby (+2 more) so my sleep is horrible and I'm attached to a baby for many hours a day.
    I am potty training a toddler using nibs and I eat too many of them but they are always around because she is bribed by nothing else and has no desire to do it on her own.
    It is still cold and icy outside.

    Goal week 3:
    It is March Break. Get the kids out everyday for a couple hours. Resist their snacks because they eat so often and so slow I usually end up eating more than I should.

    Weight lost this month. 4lbs - A better week, hitting the exercise hard, well hard for me and this is starting to show.. Yay me!! Though not feeling confident about reaching the March Goal :(

    Wk 2 Not the best week & not the best start... Far too much high sugar & empty calorie foods. Focus girlfriend... Focus... Pretty good movie to by the way..
