Need a new shoulder workout! My old one is boring and I have hit that plateu anyone have any good exercises you love?

It is the best lift there is for shoulders...if you want to push more weight, do a push press. Maybe throw in some assistance work of some kind. I wouldn't dream of not doing some kind of overhead press in my routine. It is a primary, compound movement.0 -
My current shoulder workout:
Strict Standing Overhead Press - 4 sets 4-6 reps
Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 3-5 sets 6-12 reps
Smith Machine Incline Press OR Shoulder Press - 3-5 sets 8-12 reps
Cable Side Lateral Raises - 4-5 sets 10-15 reps

Tips that have worked for me to break through plateaus:
My main tip for increasing SSOHP would be to do all reps from dead.
Rather than using momentum to push more weight, pause each rep at the bottom for about a second to put more emphasis on the shoulders, I've progressed a lot more since doing this.
Since I swapped to pausing all my bench presses my shoulder press has increased. I'm guessing this is due to the extra work placed on the front deltoid due to less momentum.
Once your shoulder press weight is going back up you shouldn't find training shoulders boring0 -
