Calories burned swimming?

About how many calories do you burn per lap (25 ft I believe) swimming breaststroke at a slow pace (1-1.5 min per lap)? Any help would be appreciated

This should help... you have to put your weight in. It's pretty accurate, I think.

25m is a length in uk.
25 yards is a length in usa.double that ie 50 yards, for a usa lap.
25 foot is not a swimming unit of measure.

swimming can simply be measured by time/stroke / effort level on mfp.

yeah but I think it overestimates burn.
