Finally Hit My Goal Weight! 115lbs. down!

I have been maintaining at 5 lbs above my goal weight for a year. I started to eat processed foods again and put on another 10! A month ago I got a call telling me my physical was coming up and they wanted labs before I came. So I set a mini goal of a month to eat clean so I could get my cholesterol down. Eating clean, 2 hrs of cardio a day and I hit my goal weight today. WOO HOO! Doctor appointment Monday for lab results!

    Congratulations! You look amazing and I am sure feel really great. I am just starting this after being told I am prediabetic. I weigh over 200 and I am only 5'5".     Thanks everyone! I am only 5'4 Cynlinjames. So I know how tough it is for our height! I hit 40 and fell apart health wise. That was the launch for my weight loss! If not for all the great support here I don't know that I would have gotten this far! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MFP FRIENDS!
