Challenges:
I have a 7w baby (+2 more) so my sleep is horrible and I'm attached to a baby for many hours a day.
I am potty training a toddler using nibs and I eat too many of them but they are always around because she is bribed by nothing else and has no desire to do it on her own.
It is still cold and icy outside.
Goal week 3:
It is March Break. Get the kids out everyday for a couple hours. Resist their snacks because they eat so often and so slow I usually end up eating more than I should.

8th March: Had some good losses even with massively over eating for two days. Still doing the Whole30 but definitely haven't been getting enough sleep which is making everything seem like such a bit effort to complete.
15th March: Keeping to the Whole30 but still massively over eating on the weekend which shows with this weeks poor results.0 -

Another week of solid weight loss even though I ended the week with beer on Friday and Saturday and wine on Friday. I leave for Jamaica in about 10 hours for a 5 day vacation at an all-inclusive resort. As much as I hope to restrain myself I know there will be some weight gain to report this time next week.

Successes/struggles this week:
Still struggling with sciatica first thing each morning but have managed to get some good exercise done (inc. 3 runs and a swim) so happy about that. Have been enjoying my calorie count of 1500 per day as it took the pressure off for a week. I've got all sorts of things going on in my life right now....am weaning myself off SSRIs (under my doctors supervision/advice) after over 5 years of use. They have served their purpose but I want to be medication free and I feel that I'm in a good place right now so it's time. I have an extremely important interview coming up on the 25th of March so the next 10 days will be dedicated to preparing for that - lots of research/reading needed but I also want to look my best for it so I'm going to drop my cals back to 1200 per day and up the exercise. My weight has plateaued at 170lbs for a few weeks so I want to kick start a loss.
Have a good week everyone!!!0 -

Successes /struggles this month: we all finally succumbed to the baby's cold and suffering from baby related sleep deprivation had a really bad couple of days which culminated in a banged up knee (walked into the stairwell pillar) and I made some poor food choices. On Thursday I drew a line under it and decided I could maybe salvage the situation by working out what I ate and eating slightly less the rest of the week to spread the cost. Overall I'm pretty happy with staying the same, as normally I'd be quitting after a bad week. Good luck this week everybody!

Successes/struggles this week: I went to the gym all the days that I planned to go and felt like I had great workouts while I was there.
Struggle wise I feel like the first half the week was great because I was really eating all the fruits and vegetables that I had planned while the second half was much harder because I didn't go back to the store for more and was eating just what was lying around the house.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: I returned from vacation from Florida, where my parents gave me free rein to eat everything and anything I wanted. My dad told me they usually gain 10 pounds every time someone visits them. I told them I didn't want to end up gaining ten pounds while I was there. My dad managed to maintain his weight while I was there. My weight did go up about five pounds while I was there but I suspect it had to do more with water retention due to all the salt while I was there.
My weight was fluctuating since I got back. It's no longer fluctuating which is a good thing. Now I'm back to a slow steady decrease. It's time to drop another 50 pounds this year. I hope....0 -

Successes/struggles this week: After lamenting last week about so little weight loss for the previous 2 weeks, I received a wonderful note from another member with, basically, a suggestion to shake up my routine a bit. So I did. I went from eating about 1850 calories/day and exercising about 850/day to eating about 1300 calories/day and eliminating the exercising for most of the week. Amazing results with a higher net calorie intake.
My original goal on 12/27/14 was 190 lbs. But, why would I stop there? I am heading to 180 and beyond!!! (Is there a 34" waist in my future?)0 -

Successes/struggles this week: My first weeks's weight loss was definitely water weight as I had been really unhealthy the previous week. This week was successful too! I don't have much trouble getting my workouts in as I love them, and I hit my step goal everyday on my Fitbit. Sometimes my biggest struggle is my diet and sugar, but I did pretty well this week and already past my previous goal. I'm hoping to get to 161 by April 1!

Successes/struggles this week: Had an insane week with lots of afternoon and evening activities to attend to for my daughter. Plus getting my son packed for his spring training week away. And then the stress of high school and college notifications. Somehow I managed to work out 3 times, less than my goal of 5 times, but I also lost a little. I need to stay focused so these few pounds lost this month don't come back. I tend to yo-yo at this weight. I keep telling myself that I can start to wear cute clothes in just a few weeks.0 -
