Jillian Michaels NMTZ and BFBM

Hi everyone,

I am doing NMTZ and BFBM on alternate days. I can only do 5 circuits in BFBM along with warm up,and cool down. I am 117 lbs 4ft 9in. Is this going to be enough? Every muscle in my body is sore. I am keeping at 1200 cal. Goal weight is 105 lbs.

    Should I even do weights or just cardio for now?

    Sounds like you are working if your body is sore. Do you feel you are getting cardio with these circuits? Heart rate up, sweating? If so..give it a few weeks and see how it works for you. If not, try to find a way to get a couple of days of cardio in along side the JM workouts (this is what I do - alternate running days with 30 Day Shred or NMTZ).

    Don't forget to give yourself a rest day.

    These two are a great combination! There is a workout schedule you can find online combining those two plus the shred (called the "slim down"). I think alternating these two is also just great. A rest day is a good idea for avoiding injury. Hope you have great success!
