Hi im Mignon and I am 47, yo yo dieter , still heavy, trying, I have had this app but it comes and goes with my attempts, trying again. Wish me luck! I got the fitbit to accompany and I hope it helps. I just want to stay healthy.

So, don't consider this a diet. Make it your new healthy lifestyle. Something you will be able to maintain for the rest of your live - no more yo-yoing! I've been doing this since mid October 2013 and have lost almost 90 pounds (3 to go to goal - then maintenance.) It's not easy, but it's very doable!!! Oh...and I'm 60!0
