7 minute workout

I started my diet on Monday 9th March and I've also done the 7 minute (high intensity) work out every day bar 2 out of 7. Iv also been very active, going for long walks, running up and down the stairs etc. I feel amazing for it And myy stomach is flatter however the scales say I weigh exactly the same, How?!?! I've tried sooo hard. It's deflating to see :(

    What exactly is your 7 min workout? Don't be too hard on yourself. Can't say why weight is the same (probably built up your muscles) but don't be too hard on yourself. Just keep it up! Good luck.

    You are doing great!! Your stomach is flatter so that means what you are doing is working. The scale will catch up.
