            We went out for Italian tonight. I had salad, salmon pescatore, smashed potatoes, and green beans. Soooo good!  0 0

 That's a huge piece of salmon, so not really a "sad" amount.
 The potatoes and beans look skimpy though!

 That coupled with the salad was enough for me. I just can't eat a lot in one sitting anymore.

 Main
 Banana, 3-egg (184g), and salmon (100g). I also have 32g protein shake on the side.
 There is pepper on the salmon and in the egg. egg also has garlic on top. 
 Side
 32g protein shake that has 5g creatine and 3g DAA in it. 
 Only pills I take each day
 Multivitamin, allergy pill, 4g CLA, and 100mg DIM.

            Roast turkey sandwich on a french roll with mushrooms, spinach, coleslaw, tomato and onion; steamed green beens; cucumber; and macaroni salad. 0 0

            For breakfast I make fruit/veggie juice with my Kuvings slow juicer. I eat mixture of nuts (incl. black seeds) and a bowl of yoghurt with goji berries, strawberries, chia seeds, and cinnamon. no sugar/honey! Just cooked some vegetarian chili substituting beef with quinoa, it is great. make it vegan without cheese but I love cheese too much! hahaha

 Pastrami project almost done. This brisket was brined for 6 days and smoked for 5 hrs, it's currently being slow cooked till tomorrow 0 0

            Well this feels pitiful after seeing some of these, but I was very happy with today's eggs. 2 scrambled with salt, pepper, a spoon of milk, garlic powder, cilantro, and weight watchers mexican cheese. Topped with sriarcha and oikos plain Greek.

 A lunch last week can of tuna with 50g avocado, some peppers, onions, tomatoes, and a pack of subways red wine vinaigrette. Eaten with kashi hummus chips (tomato, basil and feta flavored)0

            My macaroni is done. Waiting on the bbq chicken and turnip greens. I love Sunday meals, especially when they're in my calorie goal!!

            I love this thread. Is anyone else having a slow time getting it to load now? My first generation ipad won't even bother anymore; it crashes. But even my laptop is a little slow. Still gets the job done!0
