I'm just looking for people to talk to and get ideas for dieting. I started at 262 and have a goal of 190. So far I've lost 22 pounds.

Awesome! It's nice to see someone do well. Keep it up.
Any particular diet and exercise 'rules' you're following? I consulted a doctor who told me 1300 calories, 60g (or more) protein per day, and less than 30g carbs. And the whole 30 minutes/exercise per day deal.
