I was just wondering how many calories would a workout like the Jillian Michaels yoga meltdown burn...There is no workout like it in the database. And I know I burn WAY more than 82 calories for 30 minutes.

If you enter it as a power yoga, it should give you a more accurate amount. I log it in around 150 calories.0

Darn, that's all?!?!?! Really??? I sweat my butt off! LOL Guess I'll stick with my elliptical workouts and do the yoga as a replacement for my calisthenics. Thanks gals! I really appreciate it=0)0
