It's my third day. I find logging every single thing I eat and drink very helpful. It's amazing how those "negligible" splashes of milk or scrapes of (lighter) butter add up.0

For me it was a real eye opener!! And it really helps to see the calories in versus the calories out! Losing weight based on that makes realy sense!!0
