I'm in my mid fifties, trying to lose weight (yet again). I'd appreciate anyone's help with regards to losing weight at my age.

This app makes it easy. Complete your profile and log your food daily and the weight will come off. Be patient, it is not a diet, but a changing of your eating habits. It works, I am 57 and lost 30 pounds over a year.0
