    170lbs in a year.... you are a rock star! Your transformation is amazing, you can see it not only in your body, but the smile on your face. You should be very proud of all your hard work.
    I'd also like to thank you for encouraging me on my journey. I have 100+ lbs to loose and I just started 2mo. ago. Now that I see your great success, I feel confident I can do it too.

    Thank you for posting! I've been kind of stalled out for the past couple of weeks, no progress and even a small gain from quitting smoking. I've been giving myself pep talks that it's minor and short-term but was really feeling low. Your pictures show what determination looks like and I am feeling it again!
