My boobs refuse to shrink. What have yours done?

Hey
So i've only lost 3 pounds of actual weight, although my measurements are getting smaller.... except for my boobs!
I've dropped a dress size in most clothes, 2 in some clothes but i keep getting restricted by my boobs.
I'm a 36D, sometimes 36DD in UK measurements, which isn't far off average but it doesn't seem like clothes are cut that way. Particularly anything that crosses over at the top. It fits everywhere but there
So my question is, as you have lost weight, has your bra size changed?
I've only lost 7 pounds, but surprisingly, not in my boobs. It's come off my hips, butt, tummy, waist. I have the same problem that I need to buy bigger tops. My solution has been to belt the tops to rein in the extra fabric--well, those are words I never thought I'd have to say.0 -
I can help, please post before and after photos of these Boobs. Haha, great job ladies, I can see ur all working toward ur goals. If my wife loses her boobs, I will go into a coma.
:laugh:0 -
I definitely want boobs. I just want them to look right haha. When i get to the beach in a bikini, i want to be able to swim and play around without worrying about them escaping

That happened to me at a wedding once...right in church!:blushing:0 -
I thought mine are on their way to becoming invisible, but eventually the rest of my body started to catch up.
Good lord, me too!! I wish I could just rearrange some junk in the trunk to some padding in the front. But then again, I 'grew' to a C cup during pregnancy. I was estatic! Now they are endangered of extinction!!0 -
It's taken losing 21 lbs for me to notice that mine have shrank any.. but I'm still happy with the size.. now if they shrink any more I may not be such a happy camper!0

Mine are the first things to go.
When you start to lose yours, please send them over! lol
Same here! I will gladly take some for you guys.0 -
I lost an entire cup size. Really would have preferred keeping my C's and now I'm a B. Was a full D while nursing. So these girls have seen lots of sizes. The poor things look like poached eggs. Thank goodness for clothing and a good Victoria Secret bra:blushing:
LOL... :laugh:0 -
I'm breastfeeding right now, and have only lost 17lbs and but have lost a cup size. I was a 36C as a early teenager though at my lowest weight so I would be surprised if they shrunk smaller than that. I still have another 25lbs to go though, so you never know... my girlfriend lost 60lbs and went from a D/DD to a B cup...0

This might be frustrating, but hopefully encouraging: as I've found with my yo-yo weight loss over the years, the first place you gain weight is usually the last place that you lose it. That being said, I normally will drop weight first from my face, then maybe boobs or arms, stomach, and very very very very last place rear end. It's awful, but I have the same frustration of your breast size on my backside. I can lose 20 lbs and still be a size 14. Soooo, your weight may go down and your boobs stay the same until your weight loss is DRASTIC. But it CAN go down, it just takes a LOT of work.... til then, plus size stores design tops for larger breasts, and tailors can alter the fit in the middle, if needed. And wear a really great, uplifting bra, because that can make a world of difference in how clothing looks on you.0

I've lost 10 lbs...in the dreaded "plateau" at the moment...but noticing body changes even while the weight doesn't. Both my husband and I have noticed decreased boobage. He told me to stop losing weight now! Um...no.0

I am desperately hoping mine shrink! I'm normally a B, but I'm currently breastfeeding and sitting at a DD. Ugh...I feel for you! I have to wear 2 sports bras when I go running and they just always seem to be getting in the way. Hubby likes them, but I'm dying to get rid of them.0

i've lost 20 lbs and went from a 34C to a B.. not happy about it either. HAHA. :grumble:0
-
Mine haven't gotten any smaller either. I've lost 14 pounds, and I'm still a 38DDD. I'm just hoping as I lose more weight, they'll get a little smaller. It's so annoying.0
-
I have lost about 11 pounds, and that was the first area to shrink...I have gone from a DD to a D.... It is nice to be able to button a few shirts that I had grown out of again ....0

Mine have learned to do sudoku puzzles and are taking knitting classes.0

My husband hopes I won't lose mine. I'm currently a 52DDD....I want the number and cup size to shrink......I'd like to be about a 38D0
-
My boobs haven't changed at all!
Lololololol hahahahaha dave!!!0 -
I can only DREAM of my bra size going down. It is no fun being a 36h at 187lbs.0

Mine have learned to do sudoku puzzles and are taking knitting classes.
Sweet, that's talent.
I bought new bras with a proper fitting in January... 38DDD / 40DD (largest size ever for me). Now, 25 lbs. or so later, I just measured today and I'm down to a 36D! I am so freaking thrilled at that! I knew my bras were getting a bit loose (I've had to go from the first set of hooks to the last), but this is fabulous news to me. Ideally, I'd like to shrink one more cup size to a 36C.0 -
I've lost 97lbs so far and the cup size is still the same but the around size is shrinking.0
-
Mine have stayed the same. I was a DD at my heaviest and still am a DD after dropping 90 lbs, even though my band size has dropped several inches. I was always this size though, even when I was at my ideal weight, so I didn't expect them to go anywhere.0

lmao!!! :laugh:0 -
i wish mine refused! im down to a c cup0
-
Yes... and no, actually, one of each!!
I started out as an 18DD (Aussie size), am now a 14DD - on the left side, and a D on the right.
I'm hoping that the larger side will catch up with the other side soon!0 -
My boobs have not shrunk, but then again...they're not real. HOWEVER, when I *did* have boobs [i never did, really] no matter how much weight I gained or lost, they never moved...stayed the same.0
-
I think mine shrunk. I'm still a 36C, but my bras are looser.0

I'm attracted to the feminine form of all shapes and sizes. I am not attracted to excess body fat. Female breasts are not EXCESS body fat. Whatever letter they are, they are part of the feminine body. I HEART the feminine body, like the majority of guys.
Enjoy the characteristics you've been endowed with. Celebrate the fact that you are shedding excess, unhealthy, and unattractive body fat. That is so wonderful!!!
Just saying.0 -
Mine haven't shrunk either. I've lost 60lbs in the last 15 months and mine started at 48DDD (F) and they are now 40DDD (F).0
-
I didn't lose anything in the chest until I hit around 20lbs, now at almost 40 lbs I have lost a cup.....be glad you aren't only losing it there because for many women it's the first thing to go0
-
Nope....and I am waiting too. I have lost 24 pounds and no measurements have change there at all....still a 40D0
