Morning Gym people. Whats your routine?

Weekdays:
6.25 first alarm goes off
6.28 second alarm goes off - time to get up
6.30 get dressed, brush teeth, make breakfast for after my workout
6.50 drive to gym
7.05 arrive at gym
7.10-7.45 cardio
7.50 shower and get ready for work
8.05 drive to work
8.30 arrive at work, eat breakfast
Weekends:
Go to the gym for an hour, at any point during the day0 -
5:45 alarm goes off. Get changed into clothes laid out the night before
6:10 get prepared food for day out of fridge into handbag and leave for gym
6:25 arrive at gym
6:30 gym class
7:15 shower and get ready for work
7:45 leave for work
8:30 arrive at work and eat breakfast at the desk0 -
0430 - Wake up, mash a oats, egg whites, vanilla ice cream protein shake and take my pre-workout
0500 - At the gym
0600 - Shower, don the uniform.
0630 - In the office
Cardio after work.
Gym is on base so it's rather easy for me.

08:30 - Home & shower
08:50 - On train

Not up early much are you ? I get the to the gym at 5:00 AM, it's dark regardless of the season. Just 60-70 degrees colder in the winter.

Night prior - pack bag, lay out swim suit and workout clothes. Start smoothie in handy dandy rocket blender
6:00 Alarm
6:15 Add avocado and frozen fruit to smoothie blend and eat
6:30 Don swimsuit, put workout clothes on top
6:40 Drive to gym
7:00 Rip off clothes, change shoes, pool shower, swim 50 laps
8:15 ish Take a real shower, put on workout clothes
8:30 Elliptical for an hour
9:30 Zumba
10:00 Walk/run intermittent with weights
11:00 go home and nap0 -

631-kids wake-up (they get out of bed at this time, but have been awake since 530)
632-700- breakfast (sausage, eggs, toast with coconut oil)
700-730- get the kids dressed/ready for school
730-745- MFP
745-8- yell at the kids to stop playing and get ready
8-830- get kid #1 to school
830-845- get kid #2 to school
845-9- drive to gym
9am- arrive at gym0 -
7AM - Get off work
730AM arrive at gym
740-800AM walk around the track to warm up
800-930AM pick heavy things up and then put them back down
930-945AM/11AM cool down walk, stretch/ or take a fitness class if it's one of the days scheduled
11AM-Noon go home, shower, do errands or relax until I go to bed around 3pm.
I avoid eating at minimum 2 hrs before going to the gym otherwise I get sick.0 -
Wow! Lots of motivation in this thread. I don't have kids, or a dog. My gym is five minutes from my apartment, I picked this apartment for proximity to the gym. I have been struggling to wake up early, but have not been able to get over the "hump" of going to the gym early.
Looks like I can get it together. Most of you have so much more going on than me.0 -

Up at 4:10
4:10-5:00 Dress for gym eat breakfast shave brush teeth finish packing lunch pack car drive to gym.
5:00-6:10 workout
6:10-6:25. Shower and dress for work
6:25-7:15 drive to work0 -
Night before - set out clothes for work to take to gym
4:45 am wake (no need to dress, go to sleep in the shirt and shorts I'll work out in)
4:50 glass of low sodium spicy hot v8 and a banana usually, then check email and do a quick run down on my morning sites
5:20 head to gym
5:40 - 6:40 do some sort of workout (bike, jog, swim - depends on mood and legs when I wake up)
6:40 shower at gym and head to work0 -
Back up - what time does everyone go to sleep? Especially those waking up at 2-3am, wow!
I usually can only go to the gym on mornings that I don't have my kids and that only happens when I work the night before. Last night I wasn't off til 11 and was in bed about 11:45. Sometimes it's closer to in bed by 10:30 if I'm lucky.
Alarm at 5:45 up and at em quick snack like maybe some cheese and pre-workout then I try to leave for the gym by 6. I usually sleep in my gym clothes.
6:10: at the gym lifting for about an hour
7:10 ish head home and stop on the way for a 32 oz diet coke
7:20 arrive home. Shower and get ready for work
7:50 leave for work
8:00 arrive at day job
I occasionally get up earlier so I don't have to rush so much but sometimes the extra half hour of sleep is more necessary. Sometimes I get to go on a Saturday and I get to take extra time at the gym. I love those days.
ETA: I eat breakfast at work which is usually something I prepare ahead of time and grab on the way out the door0 -
5:00 - Alarm goes off. Make coffee and a protein shake.
5:15 - Bathroom - brush teeth, do hair.
5:30 - Change into gym clothes, pick out work clothes, pack work clothes.
5:45 - Walk to gym four blocks away.
6:00 - Work out for 90 minutes typically, sometimes only 60.
7:45 - Shower, change, make-up, off to work four blocks away.
8:00 - Stop to buy diet coke (20 oz.) and water (80 oz.) for the day.
8:15 - Hit work and login to MFP!0 -
