    I gained almost 30 lbs when i got on it and still trying to.lose it.... (just had a baby) i would never get back on it!!

    Well they work differently for different people, so you never know... My doctor did tell me that most things you hear about birth control are horror stories, as people rarely go out of their way to talk about how amazing or just normal something is.

    This is my second year with Implanon, so far I have "spotted" for a week maybe 3 times in that 2 years, no other periods and have actually had an easier time losing weight with in than I did on the depo prevera or my previous birth control pills. After my 3rd year, we are going to try to have another baby, I plan on getting Implanon again right after that. I've enjoyed it and seen no changes in my body or cravings luckily.
