90lbs lost (Before and after)

Hi All,

Just a quick one to post an update, I've los approx. 90-95lbs in approx 1 year and the last few months I have maintained which is great.. it shows I can do it and not just pile it on the second I stop!

I did mine all by controlling what I was eating, no 'hitting the gym' but since losing weight I have been going for walks more just because it's easier.

I was a huge junk food junkie, loved the stuff... If I can do it, anyone can :)!

Here is me before (on the left) and after (on the right)

    Great Job!!!
  • That is so awesome. I am just now finally getting serious about this. I was in a car accident back in December. If I get some of the extra weight off, it will only help me. Any special recipes you can share that helped? I love sweets- my downfall!

Hi Lucy I hope you're all ok!!!

I found having something like an instant hot chocolate gave me a nice 'chocolatey' fix but for only 50 or so calories (half milk half water).

I still have them now and then!

I've always done a 'fat friday', if I've been good I can have a few treats I want on a Friday (Generally a meal I really enjoy and some chocolate etc)... it's worked for me for well over a year now!

Incredible transformation! you look amazing, and it's great to hear that you've been able to maintain. That's been the hardest part for me. In fact, I've failed at it ;)

The crazy thing is, I can't remember looking like the left pictures.. but when I look at them I feel sorry for that person! I'm definitely not that person anymore, physically and mentally.
