I cannot seem to eat celery unless it is COVERED in peanut butter, and that seems to negate the health benefits, Any other ideas on how to use up the celery sitting in my refrigerator?

You could julienne the celery and put it in a stir fry!

Put a stalk in the blender with other veggies and fruit.

    I drink this every morning:
8 oz of Trop 50 Orange Juice (50 Cals w/ 10 grams of sugar)
    1 cup of Strawberries
    1/2 cup of carrot juice
    Celery stalk
Fill with spinach to the top. (makes the smoothie greeeen, but you can't even taste it!)

I swear it tastes good. lol

This is my sneaky way of getting veggies in because I don't like veggies at all!!!!

I hate celery, but if itt's cut small I can stand it. I also don't mind it in stir fry and/or topped with fat free cottage cheese.

a.) Less peanut butter (I make sure it just fills the slit, and that I don't dip it) and raisins on top! Lots of raisins! In a line so you cant see the peanut butter.
    b.) Salt
c.) Ranch (not very healthy though..)
d.) Cook it and add it to stews (sort of defeats the point though)

If I'm eating raw, I want the heart of it, the lighter the color the better the taste to me. The greener outsides I use in cooking meals. It tastes better to me when it's cooked.

    Hope this helps!

Try putting it in a frying pan. Don't add oil or anything, but maybe a little bit of garlic powder? The crisp & warmth might help. I dunno, I "fry" all of my veggies (no oil or butter or anything - they don't need it) and it makes them so much better than when they're cool :)

If you don't like it, don't eat it. Try PB with things you do like such as a pear or an apply. How about a PB and banana sandwich? If you force yourself to eat things you don't like, then there is a disaster waiting to happen. I use to try and force myself to eat celery, I'm happier without it unless it is in a juiced, or baked into something. There are too many other things to enjoy PB with, and it's also great all by itself.
