Sometimes I wonder if the directions state a max dose just so you run out quicker. My multi vitamin says to take 2 daily. Who knows if I need 2, or one would do a sufficient job? We pee out any excess vitamins our body doesn't need/absorb. So we could just be creating expensive pee?? Who the hell knows

You know you are overdoing it when your urine has more vitamins in it than you do. lol

That's a funny concept right there, especially cause in one dosage there is 1000+x the daily recommend amount for blah blah blah... i was only eating 1000-1200 cals a day so figured try some vitamins and eat a bit more...
