    Hi... My me is Patricia and I live in Raleigh, NC. I have used this app on and off for a few years. I've lost 80lbs in the past and have gained about 50 back. I've recently lost 12 and I really want to stay motivated. I use to run 3 miles 4 days a week and I'm trying to get back to that point. I've joined a local running club and we are currently preparing for a 5k in June! I'm determined, I'm hopeful and I'm excited. I'm looking for friends that are into running, bootcamps, walk/runs, being positive, low fat / low carb recipes and just health and fitness in general.

    Hi! I quit using MFP during pregnancy and then came back when my baby was 3 months old up 33 lbs from where I left off. I am 29 lbs from pre-pregnancy weight, 84 lbs overweight, and right now my goals are to get to pre-pregnancy weight, do a short victory dance, then lose the other 55 lbs to be just inside the "normal" range. I will figure out the rest when I get there. It's going to take a long time so I will be around. I've had success with MFP before, except that pregnancy and I weren't friends but ice cream, Tex-Mex and I were pretty close for 9 months. I don't have a public diary currently or remember to track every workout. I also have some chronic health issues to contend with which I only say in case someone is looking for friends who can relate since it can complicate weight loss sometimes. Send me a request if you want more friends but don't care if you can see everyone's diaries.
