What scale do you have, and how accurate have you found it to be? Any recommendations on the best scale to get?

I have an Eat Smart Precision digital scale for weighing me. I love it. I think it is a bit pricey and my daughter gave it to me for Christmas. It indicates tenths of a pound and seems very accurate. I think it is a very good choice.
For food, I have a Good Cook Kitchen Scale. I have had it a long time and it is a good basic scale to weigh food. It weighs in ounces and grams. I have had it a long time and it still works well.0 -
seriously though the best body scale I purchased on special for $60 Weight Watchers brand, a bit more expensive than the cheap rubbish you can buy elsewhere but I think more accurate and it records everything, body fat, BMI, body water, everything and it is not made of glass, more solid0
