    I didn't really follow any specific meal plan. I ate whatever I wanted within a certain rage of calories. I never ate more than 1450 or less than 1200 calories a day. Also.. I didn't drink anything that has calories so that I could eat more.

    I just want to say thank you so much to all of you!! You all really made my day. I am a lot happier now and I have to give thanks to everyone whos supported me through my journey so far and to the insane amount of energy I have now that Im exercising! Im still really overweight but I feel so great! Add me if you want, I log daily and try to support my friends in their journeys as best as I can =)
