I'm wondering if this looks normal? Maybe other people can post their reports for comparison?

I guess I mean spiking up and down. I weigh myself about everyday.

Mine looks...more stagnant. Ha. Like a straight line for a month at a time :) But downward, yes.

I think if you weigh yourself daily that spiking up and down is normal. Most peoples water weight can vary up to 5-7lbs from day to day based on a ton of factors that are NOT indicative of healthy habits or overall weight loss.

Oh okay, see I wonder about these things, and just hope I am not alone. Thanks Rabbit for the report! I really like how that looks. I use my Aria scale which inputs the weight information into my Fitbit dashboard and then to MFP.

Yup. I don't log water weight fluctuations, though. I only log losses. I do weigh daily and always have an idea what's behind the fluctuations (DOMS, salt, pre-whoosh).

Yes that is perfectly normal. I only weigh myself once a week so my graph looks so boring compared to yours. Keep up the good work!

Is that the fitbit scale...if so you can link it automatically into trendweight .com to get that chart

Thanks Christopher, I just can't help but to weight myself everyday. It helps me stay on track.

Rabbit-Oh thanks! I will do that!

Same as mama peach, I don't log daily fluctuations, only weight that sticks for a few days, whether it's up, or down.

I weigh myself everyday too, all those ups and downs are just fluctuations, which everyone goes through on a daily basis. Here's mine...

Mine is exactly like yours. I weigh daily as well. Don't let the small movements get you down, and if it is then either put in the avg weight from all week or just pick one day a week.

Body goes up and down by 4lbs when it comes to water weight so it's common

That looks totally normal! Congratulations on your steady downward trend.

The frequent fluctuations are water weight and really typical, especially for women. It looks like you're doing GREAT!
