hi, i have found mfp a couple of weeks ago and i have found it really helps me to be motivated to reach my goals by seeing and tracking my calorie intake. i am quite a loner and usually do not reach out to others but after reading the different mfp forums i realise that sharing has helped so many others reach their goals. i hope that there are persons out there who will want to become my mfp friends that will help me reach my goals and in turn let me help them reach their goals.0

I am 5'3" and started my fitness journey in Jan 2014, at over 200lbs. I am currently 143lbs. I lift, run and eat right, most days anyway! My diary is also open to friends.
I'm working on the last 20lbs or so and could always use friendly, support from others with similar stats that are active! Would loooooove a bf% in the teens so one day at a time......
