I'm wondering if this looks normal? Maybe other people can post their reports for comparison?

Absolutely normal

I guess I mean spiking up and down. I weigh myself about everyday.

Mine looks...more stagnant. Ha. Like a straight line for a month at a time But downward, yes.0

I think if you weigh yourself daily that spiking up and down is normal. Most peoples water weight can vary up to 5-7lbs from day to day based on a ton of factors that are NOT indicative of healthy habits or overall weight loss.

Oh okay, see I wonder about these things, and just hope I am not alone. Thanks Rabbit for the report! I really like how that looks. I use my Aria scale which inputs the weight information into my Fitbit dashboard and then to MFP.0

Thanks Stephen!0

Yup. I don't log water weight fluctuations, though. I only log losses. I do weigh daily and always have an idea what's behind the fluctuations (DOMS, salt, pre-whoosh).0

Yes that is perfectly normal. I only weigh myself once a week so my graph looks so boring compared to yours. Keep up the good work!0

Is that the fitbit scale...if so you can link it automatically into trendweight .com to get that chart0 -
Thanks Christopher, I just can't help but to weight myself everyday. It helps me stay on track.
Rabbit-Oh thanks! I will do that!0 -
Same as mama peach, I don't log daily fluctuations, only weight that sticks for a few days, whether it's up, or down.0
-
I weigh myself everyday too, all those ups and downs are just fluctuations, which everyone goes through on a daily basis. Here's mine...

Mine is exactly like yours. I weigh daily as well. Don't let the small movements get you down, and if it is then either put in the avg weight from all week or just pick one day a week.0

That looks totally normal! Congratulations on your steady downward trend.
The frequent fluctuations are water weight and really typical, especially for women. It looks like you're doing GREAT!0 -
Mine looks like an EKG.
Good progress, keep it up!0 -

What programs do you all use. Some of them look pretty fancy. I use weight tracker by sound tells. It was a free download. Yes I weigh myself daily.0

It definitely fluctuates. However, it also depends on when you weigh yourself. I usually weigh myself in the morning before breakfast and after my morning bathroom business lol in order to have like a stable control variable throughout the entire weight checking period to have some type of consistency. I also recommend wearing the same thing or almost the same thig or even nothing so you weigh yourself and nothing else that might contribute to an inaccurate reading. Congrats on the weightloss too!!0 -
Mine started out looking exactly like that, now that i don't weigh everyday it tends to be a straight line for a month, then drop, straight line, then drop.
I need to try the site rabbitjb showed...I've been looking for one like that.0 -

rabbitjb and I use the same site... Its TrendWeight.com, and it pulls data from either the Fitbit Aria Scale (or website if you dont use the scale..I dont) or the Withings scale.
Another one that I use to track my trend weight is The Hackers Diet, which is what TrendWeight is based off of. With this one, you can input your weight manually.0 -
I'm definitely the annoying person that doesn't report their weight gain.... I'm sure mine would look like that if I did.0

It looks absolutely perfect. Great job!0
